Your Service Schedule
Consistency is the heart of great property care. Here's how your recurring service works.
Your Service Day
We assign you a consistent weekly or bi-weekly day. Same crew, same day — so you always know when to expect us.
Arrival Window
Routes run by neighborhood, so exact times vary. We work daylight hours, generally 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
What's Included
Your maintenance visit covers mowing, edging, trimming, and a full blow-down cleanup. Seasonal mulch and bed care can be added anytime.
Weather & Holidays
Heavy rain or storms may shift your visit by a day or two. If we miss a day for weather, we'll catch you on the next available route day.
Need to pause or reschedule? Just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours ahead by call or text, and we'll adjust your route with no hassle.
Property Access
To keep your service smooth and on schedule, we ask for reliable access to all the areas we'll be caring for.
- Gates & side yards: Please leave gates unlocked on your service day. If you use a lock or code, share it with us and we'll keep it confidential.
- Pets: For everyone's safety, please secure pets indoors or in a separate area during your visit window.
- You don't need to be home. Most clients aren't — we work just as well whether you're there or not.
- Pool enclosures & locked areas: Let us know in advance if any space needs special access so we can plan for it.
If we ever arrive and can't access a gated or locked area, we'll complete everything we can reach and note what we couldn't get to — then follow up so nothing falls through the cracks.
Preparing for Your Visit
A couple of minutes of prep helps us do our best work and keeps your service quick and thorough.
- Clear the lawn of toys, hoses, furniture, pet items, and debris so we can mow and edge every inch.
- Pick up after pets where you can — it keeps the work clean and your yard healthier.
- Unlock gates and confirm pets are secured before your service window.
- Move vehicles off areas we treat (like driveway edges) if you'd like those spots serviced that day.
- Flag anything special — a new plant, a sprinkler head acting up, an area to avoid — with a quick text before we arrive.
That's it. Don't worry about anything beyond this — handling the hard parts is our job.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home for my service?
No. As long as we have access to the areas we're caring for, you're welcome to go about your day. We'll take care of everything.
What if it rains on my service day?
Heavy rain or storms may push your visit by a day or two for safety and quality. We'll catch you on the next available route day — your service won't be skipped.
How do I request extra work or a new project?
Just call or text us. We'll schedule a quick look if needed and send a clear, itemized quote for your approval before any work begins.
Can I pause service while I'm traveling?
Absolutely. Give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll pause or adjust your schedule. Florida lawns grow fast, though — we're happy to recommend a cadence that keeps things looking sharp.
What's included in my regular maintenance visit?
Mowing, edging, trimming, and a full blow-down cleanup. Mulch, bed care, fertilization, and other services can be added anytime — just ask.
How and when will I be billed?
Recurring maintenance is billed monthly by email with an itemized invoice. You can pay securely online or set up automatic payments. No apps or portals required.
What if something doesn't look right after a visit?
Tell us right away. Your satisfaction is the whole point — we'll make it right promptly.
How quickly will you respond if I reach out?
We aim to respond within 30 minutes during business hours. Texting is often the fastest way to reach us since we're frequently on a job site.
Questions about your service?
We'd rather you ask than wonder. Reach out anytime — a quick call or text is the fastest way.
