These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at bluestream-usa.com and the services provided by Blue Stream Irrigation & Landscape (“Blue Stream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Blue Stream provides outdoor property services in the Sarasota, Florida area, including landscape design and installation, irrigation system installation and repair, lawn maintenance, drainage solutions, pressure washing, and landscape lighting. The specific scope, materials, schedule, and price for any project will be described in the written estimate or service agreement we provide to you.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the conditions observed and information available at the time. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change if site conditions, scope, materials, or access differ from what was originally described, or if hidden conditions (such as underground utilities, rock, or root systems) are discovered. We will discuss any material change with you before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Weather

Because we work outdoors in Florida, weather, soil saturation, and seasonal conditions can affect scheduling. We make every effort to keep appointments on time and will communicate promptly if a job must be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as set out in your estimate or service agreement (for example, a deposit before installation and the balance on completion).
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee or interest as permitted by Florida law.
• Recurring maintenance plans continue until canceled with reasonable notice as described in your agreement.

5. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to identify any private underground lines, pet containment systems, sprinkler components, or other features that are not publicly marked. Before any digging, we will arrange for the marking of public utilities through Florida’s 811 “Sunshine State One Call” service, but we cannot be responsible for unmarked private lines we are not told about.

6. Plant & Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Any warranty on plant material, irrigation components, or workmanship will be described in your written agreement. Warranties generally require that the property receive proper watering and care, and do not cover damage from neglect, weather events, pests, disease, vandalism, or work performed by others. Manufacturer warranties on products (such as controllers, pumps, or fixtures) are passed through to you per the manufacturer’s terms.

7. Watering Restrictions & Compliance

Irrigation scheduling in our region is subject to Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) rules and local ordinances, which change over time. We will configure systems to support compliant watering, but you are responsible for operating your system in accordance with the restrictions in effect for your address.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellation terms for deposits or recurring plans will be described in your agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Stream’s liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and blog articles — is owned by or licensed to Blue Stream and is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice for your specific property. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission. Quote forms and contact tools are provided for legitimate inquiries only.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “effective date” above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of our website or services means you accept the current Terms.
